Frog legs needs to be cooked in butter

Frog legs that are shallow fried in butter would go really well with the potato puree or even some garlic aioli. I would need more than a dozen of these for myself

  • 12 frog legs
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 150g bread crumbs
  • 400g butter
  • 400ml oil

Debone the frog legs and shape them into lollipops

Coat them in flour followed by eggs and bread crumbs

Heat up the butter and oil mixture to 180°C on a pan and shallow fry them until they become golden brown

Serve it with the potato puree or some form of aioli
